Job Introduction

Main Duties of the Role:

The HR Officer will assist the HRBP and Recruitment team to ensure the smooth running of the HR department, Providing the HR department and the wider college on a day-to-day basis with advice, guidance and generalist HR support. The role will involve working with both curriculum and business support teams to provide generalist HR advice and guidance.

Essential Requirement:

CIPD Level 5 (or willing to work towards)
GCSE level standard education or equivalent (maths & English)
