Are you looking for an exciting opportunity where your skills and ideas can make a real impact?

At Grundon, we are on the lookout for a dynamic, passionate, and driven Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team based in Colnbrook.

By joining Grundon, your contributions will make a real difference as we work together by showing the world that there is more to waste than it seems.

Reporting to the Brand Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our mission to leave a better planet for future generations. As Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for delivering creative, high-impact design solutions that engage both internal and external audiences across a wide range of channels and media,

You will support the development and execution of the marketing plan by creating compelling visual communications that strengthen brand awareness, enhance customer engagement, and support business growth. Working collaboratively across the organisation, you will help maximise revenue opportunities, drive market share, retain existing customers, attract new business, and ensure the continued promotion and protection of the Grundon brand.

What will you do

Champion the Grundon brand, ensuring it’s consistently and effectively brought to life across everything we do, while actively protecting, promoting and enhancing our visual identity.
Collaborate with internal and external customers to understand their objectives, challenge briefs where needed, and take projects from initial concept through to outstanding final execution.
Use your creativity and imagination to develop innovative concepts for projects, campaigns and communications that capture attention and deliver results.
Produce a diverse range of high-quality artwork, from corporate literature, posters and booklets to bid documents, presentations and everything in between.
Be proactive, spot opportunities and take the initiative to develop new projects that support our wider business priorities.
Work closely with our Marketing team and a talented network of external partners, including printers, copywriters, photographers, designers and marketing specialists.
Work with a range of media, e.g. photography and videography whilst keeping up to date with design trends and of emerging technologies
Coordinate everything from print production and stock control to supplier relationships, quotes and orders, ensuring our materials are always looking their best.
Maintain and develop Grundon’s photographic library, making sure our imagery is fresh, relevant and ready to use.

About you

Degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline, or proven experience in a similar role.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Acrobat.
Experience creating designs across both digital and print media, with a good understanding of print production processes.
Video editing skills using Premiere Pro and/or After Effects would be advantageous.
Excellent project management, organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative flair, strong visual awareness and exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high-quality design output.
Confident communicator with the ability to present ideas, understand stakeholder requirements and work collaboratively across teams.
Proactive, adaptable and self-motivated, with good IT skills
A full UK driving licence
Knowledge of waste management, aggregates or related sectors would be beneficial, however not essential
