Receptionist – La Belle Dental Clinic

La Belle Dental Clinic is a modern, private dental practice looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Receptionist to join our growing team. We are passionate about providing outstanding patient care, and our reception team plays a vital role in creating a welcoming experience for every patient.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

Is highly motivated with a positive, can-do attitude.
Has excellent attention to detail.
Understands the importance of effective diary management and keeping clinicians' appointment books full.
Is able to use the tools and systems provided to proactively ensure clinicians' diaries are kept full at all times, making the most of every appointment opportunity.
Is confident communicating with patients both in person and over the phone.
Can confidently discuss treatment plans with patients, answer questions, and help them understand their options.
Is comfortable promoting our practice membership plan and explaining its benefits to patients.
Is confident asking satisfied patients to leave Google reviews to help support the continued growth of the practice.
Has excellent customer service and communication skills.
Is organised, reliable, and able to work well under pressure.
Works well as part of a team while also using their own initiative.

Previous dental reception experience is preferred, but full training will be provided for the right candidate who has strong receptionist or customer service experience and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Be Doing

Providing a warm, professional welcome to every patient.
Managing appointments and ensuring clinicians' diaries remain productive and fully utilised.
Using the practice management system and available tools to maximise diary efficiency, fill cancellations, and make the best use of available appointments.
Answering telephone and email enquiries promptly and professionally.
Supporting patients throughout their treatment journey.
Explaining treatment plans, answering patient questions, and helping patients feel informed and confident about their care.
Promoting our practice membership plan and discussing its benefits with suitable patients.
Encouraging happy patients to leave Google reviews to help build our online reputation.
Processing payments and maintaining accurate patient records.
Working closely with our clinicians and wider team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.
