What can we tell you about the role?

Delivering exemplary customer service to colleagues and guests
Proactively observe the reception area for opportunities to assist colleagues and guests
To deliver a safe and secure working environment in The Aon Centre
Protecting Aon's property, people and assets by providing security services in accordance with the site's Assignment Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures
To proactively monitor and administer Access System, to ensure the needs of colleagues and guests are met
To recognise and report and escalate any unusual behaviour immediately
To accurately report and record incidents or risks
Undertaking patrolling, X-ray scanning and emergency response procedures.

What do we want from you?

Have previous experience working in a corporate environment
Good communication skills
Passionate about delivery excellent service
Good computer skills
Have a good knowledge of geographical locations as the client is responsible for all offices within Europe, Middle East and Africa
