MOVE is three brands on one site: the physio clinic, MOVE360 (our small-group personal training gym), and Wild Side Studios (our Reformer Pilates and wellness space). We look after people from their first appointment right through to full strength, so for someone who makes content, there's a lot of real stories, faces and results to work with.
The Role
We're hiring a full-time Social Media Manager / Content Creator to run how all three brands show up online. This is a permanent, in-house job for one person. We're hiring an employee, not an agency or a freelancer.
It's a great role for someone early in their content career who's serious about it and wants to grow fast. You'll get real ownership from day one and the freedom to try things.
You'll be behind the camera and behind the keyboard. Some days that's filming and editing Reels and TikToks. Other days it's a longer YouTube video, or a podcast. A big part of the job is making the brand look and feel as premium as it actually is: the farm setting, the facilities and the quality all need to come through in everything you shoot and write.
It's a hybrid role. You'll be on-site at the farm a few days a week to film across the clinic, the gym and the studio, with the editing, writing and planning done wherever suits. You'll need to live locally or within a comfortable commute of Harrogate.
What you'll be doing
- Filming and editing short-form video (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) across all three brands
- Making longer content too: YouTube videos, podcasts etc.
- Capturing the farm setting and premium feel so everything looks high-end
- Shooting photo and video on-site: treatments, training, classes, member results and team life
- Running the channels: content calendar, scheduling, captions in each brand's voice
- Building the community: replying to comments and DMs, turning followers into bookings
- Working with our physios and coaches to turn real wins into content people want to watch and read
What we're looking for
Essential
- You love making content, with a personal account, portfolio or examples that prove it
- You can shoot and edit video confidently, both quick phone edits (CapCut, Edits) and longer pieces
- A strong eye for a premium, high-end look, and you care about quality
- You can write: a caption, a blog and an email all come easily to you
- You live locally or within an easy commute of Harrogate and are happy on-site to film as required
- Organised enough to juggle three brands and a content calendar
- Easy to work with and good to have around
Nice to have
- Experience running social channels for a business or your own brand (health, fitness, wellness or a premium brand a plus)
- Longer video editing (Premiere Pro, DaVinci, Final Cut)
- Photography, design or copywriting skills
- Scheduling tools, analytics, SEO, email marketing or paid social
