Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Case Manager to join our busy East Kilbride office. This role is ideal for someone with experience in a legal environment, particularly in private client work such as wills and powers of attorney.

The successful candidate will be ambitious, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality work. Experience in a similar role, or a recently completed LLB, is essential.

Key Responsibilities

· Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed throughout their case.

· Prepare Wills and Powers of Attorney, ensuring all processes are completed accurately and efficiently.

· Handle administrative tasks.

· Manage and maintain accurate case files and records.

· Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Essential Skills

· Strong organisational and time management skills.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

· Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

· Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
