Full job description

Working directly with BT and EE around the Belfast and surrounding areas, you will be extremely motivated. Fantastic salary, Uncapped bonus and commission structure with an OTE of £38,400 and top earners exceeding 65k per annum.

We would be keen to talk to candidates with previous Door to Door sales experience.

The role: Selling EE & BT products door-to-door. Working directly for your Franchise manager, you’ll represent the EE brand in your community by selling EE products door-to-door.

Converting prospects into successful customers through door-to-door activity · Work to sales targets and KPI’s both individually and as a team · Act as a representative of the EE brand during customer meetings and presentations · Maintain customer accounts and records of sales · Report and provide feedback to management using data You’ll definitely: · Be over 18 – you’ll be signing customer contracts · Have the right to work in the UK · Be able to travel within your designated area · Be super confident and resilient, maintaining a positive mindset · Have excellent verbal and written communication skills · Demonstrate active listening skills and the ability to understand the customer’s needs · Have brilliant persuasion skills and the ability to build rapport · Excellent data analysis skills You might even: · Have worked in a B2C or field sales, or Door 2 Door environment · Have an in-depth understanding of tech products and their unique selling points What’s in it for you: · Competitive salary · Generous commission · Tailored training programme to immerse yourself in the brand, and enhance your sales skills About EE Franchise Empowered, challenged, supported and rewarded, our people are the key to our success. Salary - £26,400 PLUS Uncapped commission scheme. Realistic potential to earn additional £38,400 - £75,000 plus, per Year

We also have Part time and Self employed opportunities, depending on location and experience.
