Our expertise covers new installations, modifications, and preparations for the decommissioning of nuclear sites.</span></p> <p> </p> <h2><span>As part of our continued growth, we are looking for our future:</span></h2> <h1><span>Project Cost Controller (W/M)</span></h1> <p><span><strong>Based in Bristol (UK) or Marcq-en-Barœul (59 - France)</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <h2><span>Your challenge with us:</span></h2> <p><span>As part of a major contract, we are looking for a <strong>Cost Controller</strong> to join our existing team.</span></p> <p><span>Reporting to the <strong>Project Management Team</strong>, your main responsibilities will include:</span></p> <ul> <li><span>Updating physical and financial progress curves;</span></li> <li><span>Preparing progress statements for customer invoicing purposes;</span></li> <li><span>Contributing to monthly project progress reporting (progress curves, workforce data, productive hours);</span></li> <li><span>Updating project progress measurement and invoicing methodologies;</span></li> <li><span>Managing the project's financial follow-up by:</span> <ul> <li><span>Preparing change requests related to the Contract Unit Price Schedule and ensuring its ongoing update;</span></li> <li><span>Monitoring order intake (additional works), invoicing, and cash collection in coordination with the Sales Administration Department;</span></li> <li><span>Preparing customer invoicing forecasts;</span></li> </ul> </li> <li><span>Monitoring project expenditures by:</span> <ul> <li><span>Tracking supplier invoicing schedules and updating forecasts accordingly;</span></li> <li><span>Coordinating, improving, and implementing forecasting and activity-monitoring tools;</span></li> </ul> </li> <li><span>Participating in biannual project budget reviews and re-forecasts;</span></li> <li><span>Supporting Project Managers in the preparation of Estimates at Completion (EAC) and identifying potential variances;</span></li> <li><span>Acting as a driving force for continuous improvement of management control processes, particularly through the optimization of management tools, while ensuring robust financial control of the project.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <h2><span>The ideal profile</span></h2> <p><span>You hold a <strong>Master’s degree (Bac +5 equivalent) in Finance, Management Control, or Business Administration</strong> and have at least <strong>3 years of experience</strong> in management control or financial management applied to large-scale construction or industrial projects.</span></p> <p><span>You are proficient in <strong>office software and ERP systems</strong>, particularly <strong>SAP</strong>.
