We are looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer who can take true ownership of our digital infrastructure. You aren't just writing code; you are shaping technical strategy and user experiences. You will collaborate closely with product managers and designers, bridging the gap between intricate database systems and responsive, high-performing user interfaces. You are the builder who turns ambitious ideas into scalable, production-ready software.

Key Responsibilities:

Full-Stack Development: Build and maintain scalable front-end components alongside robust back-end APIs and services.
System Architecture: Design efficient database schemas and microservices to support high-volume real estate data and transactions.
Code Quality & Testing: Conduct thorough code reviews, write automated unit and integration tests, and uphold strict code health standards.
Product Collaboration: Work directly with product managers and UX designers to transform product roadmaps into technical specifications and clean UI implementations.
Performance Optimization: Monitor system health, identify performance bottlenecks, and optimize query performance to ensure seamless platform responsiveness.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience: Proven commercial experience in full-stack web development, working across modern front-end frameworks and back-end environments.
Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
Engineering Best Practices: Practical understanding of Git workflows, RESTful API design, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
Problem-Solving Mindset: You are pragmatic. You know how to balance long-term technical debt with delivering immediate product value.

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
