What you’ll own

Delivering an exceptional support experience to our customers by providing expert guidance and resolving a wide range of product-related queries.

Deliver high-quality support to Worldpay clients, acting as a trusted point of contact for product and service-related enquiries.
Handle incoming customer requests and work to resolve issues associated with product installation, operation, maintenance, and functionality.
Investigate and resolve customer concerns relating to account updates, payment processing, billing enquiries, orders, and other service-related issues.
Provide in-depth product support, researching complex issues and identifying effective solutions.
Troubleshoot hardware and software-related problems, recommending and implementing corrective actions where appropriate.
Accurately document customer interactions, technical issues, and recurring trends to support continuous improvement initiatives, product enhancements, and quality programmes.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and deliver a seamless customer experience.

What you’ll bring

Previous experience in a customer support, technical support, helpdesk, or service environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
The ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and confidently.
A forward-thinking mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and delivering exceptional customer service.
Confidence using technology and learning new systems and products quickly.

It’s a bonus if you have

Banking or Payments experience
Knowledge of Worldpay products
