About the Role
This is a practical, varied role for someone who enjoys keeping things organised, accurate and running smoothly.
You’ll support the day-to-day operations of Jarrang across administration, basic finance, office coordination and team support. Your work will help the wider team stay focused, deliver great work for clients and create a positive experience for everyone who works with us.
We’re looking for someone with strong attention to detail, good numeracy, a positive attitude and the confidence to ask questions, learn and take ownership. You don’t need to arrive with every system or process already mastered. Experience using Xero would be helpful, but training can be provided for the right person.
There will be occasional trips through the year to our London office, and we have quarterly away days which is a two-day overnight trip to work on our organisational goals as one whole team.
We’re looking for the right person, not someone who can tick every box on day one.
You’ll suit this role if you:
- Are good with detail and take care to check your work
- Are comfortable working with numbers and basic financial information
- Enjoy being organised and keeping things on track
- Are reliable and do what you say you’ll do
- Are willing to learn new systems and processes
- Communicate clearly and ask questions when needed
- Enjoy supporting others and being part of a small team
- Are practical, adaptable and happy to turn your hand to different tasks

Office & Operations
