Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and motivated individuals aged 18-24 to join our team as part-time Waitress/Kitchen Hand. This dynamic role combines providing exceptional guest service with supporting kitchen operations, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all visitors. Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly, take their orders accurately, and serve food and beverages with enthusiasm
Assist in food preparation, ensuring dishes are prepared according to safety standards and quality expectations
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen stations, and utensils to uphold hygiene standards
Support kitchen staff by handling basic food prep tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, or plating dishes
Manage guest inquiries professionally, upselling menu items to enhance the dining experience
Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure all health regulations are met
Assist with inventory checks and restocking supplies as needed to keep operations running smoothly

Skills

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is highly desirable
Strong understanding of serving techniques and guest service excellence
Knowledge of food safety standards and basic food preparation skills
Ability to manage time efficiently in a busy setting while multitasking effectively
Good communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members
Basic math skills for handling bills, payments, and order calculations
Kitchen experience or culinary background is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance customer satisfaction and sales
