The Opportunity

We're looking for a motivated, organised and customer-focused Business Support Intern to join our growing team.

This is a genuine springboard into a fast-growing SaaS and PropTech business — real exposure to customers, product and operations, not a back-office ticket queue. You'll gain practical experience across customer support, business operations, customer success, AI technology and commercial development. You'll work closely with our Customer Success Manager and senior leadership team, supporting customers while contributing to projects that directly influence the growth of the business.

Whether you're a recent graduate hungry to learn how a technology business actually operates, or an experienced customer service professional looking for your next step into SaaS, this role could be for you.

Key Responsibilities

Multi-Platform Support
Provide first-line support across Lettingweb, River LPM and MyRentalCV via tickets, email and telephone. Resolve queries where possible, and escalate more complex issues when required.

Utilities Switching
Manage the utilities switching process, working with customers and external partners to resolve queries and ensure switches are completed efficiently.

Customer Success & Onboarding
Assist with onboarding new customers, support training sessions, and help customers get the most from our platforms. Support customer outreach initiatives, account check-ins and engagement activities to build strong client relationships.

Data & Ops
Maintain data integrity within our CRM, gather customer feedback and identify trends. Prepare reports and share insights with the senior leadership team to help improve our products and services.

AI Development
Take an active role in developing our AI-powered customer support function by testing, training and improving responses. Monitor performance and effectiveness, producing recommendations for continuous improvement.

Commercial Awareness
Identify opportunities to introduce customers to additional products and services during support interactions, working closely with the Customer Success team to help drive customer growth.

Triage
Identify and escalate technical bugs to the development team with clear, reproducible documentation.

Reporting
Report weekly on the state of support across our product suite.

Business Support
Support the senior management team with critical business initiatives and a variety of operational and administrative tasks that support the wider business.

Continuous Improvement
Proactively look for ways to improve business functions through automation.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
An excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills
Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks
Comfortable using technology and keen to learn new systems
Interested in AI, business technology and process improvement
Analytical, with the ability to identify trends and suggest improvements
Commercially aware and able to recognise opportunities to add value for customers
A positive team player with a willingness to learn and develop

Background: We welcome both recent graduates (any discipline, though Business or Tech is preferred) and candidates with previous experience in customer service, administration or a technology environment. What matters most is enthusiasm, curiosity and a desire to learn in a fast-paced environment.
