Salary: up to 65,000 GBP year/gross (depends on the seniority level).
Monta powers the EV charging ecosystem. With 300,000+ monthly users and millions of charge sessions every month, our platform accelerates the electrification of mobility.
This is a fast-moving place. The problems are hard, the pace is quick, and the bar is high. If you like real ownership, figuring things out, and seeing the direct impact of your work, you’ll do well with us.
AI is built into how we work. It helps us ship faster, make better decisions, and stay lean. Everyone at Monta is expected to use AI tools thoughtfully - and to find smart ways to use them to move the work forward.
Our principles keep us grounded: Build Together & Finish, Sweat the Details, Customer First, and Aim for the Moon.
The best part of Monta is the people - sharp, ambitious, and good to be around. You’ll be challenged, supported, and trusted to deliver.
We’re looking for a GTM / Sales Operations Engineer who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, take ownership, and build with us - through the grind and the wins.
We don't need someone to keep our CRM tidy. We need someone to build the machine underneath our go-to-market.
You'll own end-to-end GTM execution, from the moment a lead or signal lands, through routing, enrichment, and sales handoff, all the way to quote-to-cash, building the connected system that turns demand into revenue. Our Marketing Ops team is strong and owns the demand-generation engine; you'll partner with them at the handoff, not rebuild what they run. Keeping the stack healthy is table stakes. Inventing what runs on top of it is the job.
If your instinct when you see a manual process is "I could build something that does this ten times better," keep reading.
GTM systems, from scratch
Design and build the systems that carry a deal from first signal to closed-won: enrichment waterfalls (think Clay), lead-to-account matching, routing, sales handoff, and quote-to-cash flows in DealHub
Build signal-based outbound and account prioritisation so Sales spends its time where it's most likely to convert
Wire our tools together with APIs, no-code, and code where it's the right call — HubSpot, DealHub, Gong, our data warehouse, and whatever we adopt next
Prototype AI and agent workflows that do real work: automated research, QA, data cleaning, drafting, routing — and ship the ones that prove out
Experiments that move revenue
Spot where we're leaving money or time on the table, then build the system that fixes it — not just a report telling us it's broken
Run fast experiments, measure them honestly, kill what doesn't work, scale what does
Bring ideas we haven't thought of. You'll have the room to try them.
The foundation that makes it all reliable
Keep the revenue stack healthy: clean data, working integrations, sensible pipelines and permissions. This is the ground everything stands on, so it has to be solid.
Document what you build so the team can trust it and run with it
Build dashboards and alerts that give the revenue team real visibility — and flag problems before they cost us
End-to-end execution, with the right owners
Own the seam with Marketing Ops: they run demand generation, campaigns, and lead nurture — you build the routing, enrichment, and sales-ready plumbing that picks up where their systems hand off. End-to-end GTM execution is a shared sport, and this handoff is where it's won or lost.
Partner with the Director of Revenue Operations and the wider RevOps, Sales, and CS teams — not as a request queue, but as the person who turns "we wish we could…" into a system that does it
Onboard and enable the team on what you build
By month 3 - you know our stack cold, you've fixed the highest-friction thing you found, and the team already comes to you first.
By month 6 - you've built at least one net-new system that's generating or accelerating pipeline, and it's running without you babysitting it.
By month 12 - a meaningful chunk of our GTM motion runs on systems you designed. We can't imagine how we operated before them.
Evidence you've built things. Automations, integrations, scrapers, agents, internal tools, clever hacks, whatever it is, you've made systems that didn't exist before and put them into real use. Tell us about them.
A systems thinker who sees processes as things to be redesigned, not just maintained
Genuinely comfortable stitching tools together - APIs, webhooks, no-code builders, and light scripting (Python, JS, SQL) where it earns its place
Strong HubSpot fluency - you can go deep, not just click around
Real attention to detail and a low tolerance for messy data, because your systems are only as good as what flows through them
A self-starter who owns the outcome, not just the ticket
Clear communicator who's at home with both commercial and technical people
Fluent with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini, Notion AI) and already using them to move faster, bonus points if you've built AI into operational workflows (automated QA, AI-driven dashboards, agents)
Bonus: hands-on with DealHub, Gong, Clay, or similar revenue tech. Useful, not essential, we'd rather have a builder who learns our tools than a tool operator who can't build.
If the mission excites you but your experience isn't a perfect 1:1 match, apply anyway, we care about potential, not perfection.
Impact, not easy mode — your work matters, and you’ll feel it every day.
Ownership from day one — we don’t micromanage, we expect you to deliver.
The grind is real — priorities shift, and flexibility is sometimes needed to get things across the finish line. But so are the rewards: impact, growth, and a team that has your back.
The people are extraordinary — talented, driven, and fun to work with. You’ll be challenged, supported, and inspired in equal measure.
A yearly education budget and extra days off to use it.
A friendly and social company culture with movie nights, Friday bars, pub crawls, and more.
Free lunch every day.
Pension & health coverage to keep you secure for today and tomorrow.
Paid parental leave to support life's big moments.
Warrants program - be part of our growth story.
Flexible working hours; as long as you're at key meetings and delivering great work, we trust you to manage your schedule.
