Stuff Ya Dumpling is a growing food business specializing in freshly made dumplings and street-style comfort food. Stuff Ya Dumpling aims to create a welcoming, energetic atmosphere for guests while maintaining efficient operations. Role Description The Commission Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in London. This role focuses on engaging guests, promoting menu items, and driving sales through outstanding customer service and product knowledge. Day-to-day tasks include greeting customers, explaining menu options, upselling and cross-selling food and beverage items, and processing orders accurately at the counter or table. The associate will handle cash and card transactions, maintain a clean and organized service area, and support the team during busy periods. The role also involves learning daily specials, gathering customer feedback, and contributing ideas to improve sales performance and the overall guest experience. Qualifications Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and communicate clearly with diverse guests. Sales-oriented mindset, including comfort with upselling, cross-selling, and working to meet individual and team sales targets on a commission structure. Basic math and cash-handling skills, with attention to accuracy in processing payments and managing point-of-sale transactions. Reliability and time management skills, including the ability to work full-time, adapt to varying shifts, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Teamwork and collaboration skills, with a willingness to support colleagues in food preparation, service, and cleaning tasks as needed. Strong spoken English; additional language skills are beneficial for serving a diverse customer base. Prior experience in hospitality, retail, or food service sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Eligibility to work on-site in London and comfort with standing for extended periods and performing typical hospitality duties.

Pay: £1,000.00-£4,000.00 per week
