Full job description

Outreach UK is looking for a motivated Social Media Account Manager to join our growing team. We’re looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career with the company, with genuine progression opportunities to develop into a General Manager role as the business grows. This is a remote position, but you’ll be involved in client shoots, particularly within the hospitality industry, so you must be confident and comfortable appearing on camera in client content.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate content for all client accounts.
Organise and attend client content shoots when required.
Liaise with clients, videographers, photographers, editors, and other creatives.
Manage the content pipeline from planning through to publishing.
Ensure all client content is delivered and posted on schedule.
Write captions and schedule content across social media platforms.
Maintain content calendars and keep projects on track.
Respond to client enquiries and maintain strong client relationships.
Conduct sales calls with prospective clients.
Carry out cold outreach to generate new business.
Follow up with warm leads and convert opportunities into clients.
Assist with general business administration and day-to-day operations.
Proactively identify ways to improve client results and internal processes.
Complete any other reasonable tasks required to support the growth of the business.

What We are Looking For

Strong organisational and communication skills.
A good understanding of Instagram, TikTok and Capcut editing/similar. .
Confident speaking with clients and building relationships.
Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects at once.
Comfortable working independently while taking ownership of tasks.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the business.

Pay: £1,500.00-£2,000.00 per month
