Job Overview

We’re looking for a creative, proactive and highly organised Content Creator & Social Media Manager to take ownership of our social media presence across multiple platforms.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll plan, create, film, edit and publish engaging content that builds brand awareness, drives engagement and supports business growth. You’ll be comfortable both behind and in front of the camera, working with colleagues, customers and influencers to produce authentic, high-quality content.

You’ll combine creative flair with commercial thinking, using audience insight, analytics and emerging trends to create content that performs.

Responsibilities

Content Creation
Film, edit and produce engaging short-form and long-form video content.
Capture high-quality photography and behind-the-scenes content.
Create graphics and social assets for multiple digital channels.
Write compelling captions and social copy tailored to each platform.
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

Social Media Management

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy.
Create and maintain monthly content calendars.
Manage day-to-day activity across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and emerging channels.
Schedule and publish content using social media management tools.
Monitor comments, messages and community engagement where required.

Influencer Marketing

Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers and content creators.
Coordinate influencer campaigns from outreach through to delivery.
Negotiate collaborations and manage campaign timelines.
Track campaign performance and recommend future partnerships.

Planning & Performance

Keep up to date with social media trends, platform updates and viral content.
Analyse content performance using platform insights and analytics.
Produce regular reports highlighting engagement, reach, growth and recommendations.
Continuously test new content formats and creative ideas.

Collaboration

Work closely with the wider marketing team and key stakeholders.
Attend shoots, events and business locations to capture content.
Generate fresh ideas that support campaigns, product launches and business objectives.

About You

You live and breathe social media, understand what makes content engaging and enjoy bringing creative ideas to life. You can move confidently from concept and planning to filming, editing, publishing and performance review.

Essential Skills & Experience

Previous experience in a Content Creator, Social Media Manager or similar marketing role.
Excellent video filming and editing skills.
Strong photography skills, with an eye for composition and storytelling.
Experience using Adobe Creative Suite—such as Premiere Pro, Photoshop or Lightroom—or equivalent editing software such as CapCut.
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Comfort appearing on camera when required.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel for content creation.

Desirable

Experience managing influencer partnerships.
Knowledge of paid social advertising.
Basic motion graphics or animation skills.
Experience using Canva, Meta Business Suite, Later, Hootsuite or similar scheduling platforms.
Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practice.
