The Buying/Merchandising Administrator supports QVC International , and provides critical administrative and supply chain support to help manage purchase order amendments, booking issues and product delivery timelines .
This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at Chiswick Park, West London two days a week .
Manage the process for purchase order amendments through Supply Chain, ensuring all required changes are submitted accurately and completed on time
Support the management of the critical path by tracking order status, updating key information and helping to ensure products meet planned delivery and selling schedules
Review open purchase order reports, identify issues that may impact available to sell dates, and communicate actions clearly with Buying, Shipping and Supply Chain teams
Act as a key point of contact for supplier booking issues and required purchase order amendments, helping to resolve queries efficiently and professionally
Provide wider administrative support to the Buying and Merchandising team to help ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations
Work closely with Assistant Buyers and internal stakeholders to review order status and maintain accurate critical path information
Liaise with external suppliers and internal teams to support timely resolution of booking and delivery issues
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail across all administrative processes and supply chain updates
Previous administrative experience within a buying, merchandising, supply chain, distribution or customer service environment
Good understanding of critical path management and experience of working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting
Strong communication skills with experience of liaising effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders
High level of computer literacy, including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent organisation skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload effectively
A collaborative and flexible approach, with a positive team mindset and commitment to delivering results with accuracy and efficiency
Knowledge of SAP would be beneficial
