We are seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager to support the delivery of integrated facilities services, ensuring hard and soft FM services are delivered efficiently and in line with KPIs and SLAs.
You will be responsible for helping ensure safe, compliant services are delivered on time and within budget, while maintaining strong attention to detail.

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual who can build excellent working relationships with clients, contractors, internal teams, and building users.
The role will support operational performance, compliance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives across the facilities function.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day delivery of integrated facilities services across hard and soft FM operations.
- Ensure services are delivered efficiently and in line with agreed KPIs and SLAs.
- Build positive relationships with clients, contractors, internal teams, and building users.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist in resolving operational issues.
- Support compliance and Health & Safety activities, ensuring documentation is maintained accurately.
- Assist with audits, maintenance records, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Support operational and financial performance through reporting, administration, supplier coordination, and service monitoring.
- Identify opportunities to improve workplace services, processes, and customer satisfaction.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Facilities Management experience within a hard and/or soft services environment.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety and compliance, including FM legislation and best practice.
- Commercial awareness, with experience supporting budgets, reporting, or contract administration.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to implement practical solutions.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and FM or CAFM systems.
- A team-oriented approach with a proactive and customer-focused mindset.
