Full job description

We are looking for a highly skilled Automation Test Manager / Automation Architect – Playwright & AWS to lead the design, development and implementation of enterprise – scale test automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with playwright and Typescript, building robust automation frameworks for web, API, and end-to-end testing

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Playwright and TypeScript.
Define automation solutions, framework standards, reusable components, and best practices across projects.
Lead automation delivery for web, API, and end-to-end testing initiatives.
Collaborate with business, development, DevOps, and client stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes.
Leverage AWS services to support test environments, automation execution, and cloud-native testing solutions.
Drive CI/CD implementation and test automation integration using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar platforms.
Perform code reviews and provide technical leadership to automation engineers.
Develop and execute SQL/PLSQL queries for test data setup, validation, and backend testing.
Mentor team members and support adoption of modern automation and quality engineering practices.
Utilize AI-powered tools and accelerators to improve automation productivity and delivery efficiency.

Required Skills
Good experience in Software Testing and Test Automation.
Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and TypeScript in enterprise-scale projects.
Proven experience building automation frameworks from scratch and defining automation solutions.
Practical experience working with AWS cloud services.
Strong experience in CI/CD pipeline implementation and DevOps integration.
Expertise in SQL and PL/SQL.
Insurance domain experience preferred.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team mentoring skills
