As well as our headquarters in Carmelite House, London, and our state-of-the-art book distribution centre in Didcot, Oxfordshire, we have recently opened five new offices in Manchester, Bristol, Sheffield, Newcastle, and Edinburgh. The UK region also includes offices in Australia, New Zealand, India, Singapore, the Caribbean, and Ireland.
It's an exciting time to join our business because the publishing market continues to grow and thrive. The UK remains the largest exporter of physical books in the world and book adaptations for film and TV are the foundation of the UK's creative industries.

Change, adoption & stakeholder engagement
- Supporting change management and user adoption during the transition to Power BI, including creating documentation, delivering training sessions and supporting users as they move away from legacy BI tools.
- Acting as a Power BI subject-matter expert for the business, helping stakeholders understand new capabilities and ways of working in a cloud-based analytics environment.
- Providing BI support and training to users across Hachette and selected third parties, managing key stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Acting as a liaison between business users, the BI & Data Engineering team, technology teams and third-party suppliers throughout the development lifecycle.
Data platform & operational support
- Playing a key role in data migration and data analysis initiatives.
- Influencing the design of MS Fabric-based solutions (e.g. OneLake Medallion structure) in line with best practice.
