SIA Event Stewards & Safety Stewards (Zero Hours)

Clark Security Ltd Edinburgh & Fife £12.71 - £16.00 per hour (depending on role and experience) Zero-Hours / Ad Hoc Contract

Join Our Event Security & Stewarding Team

Clark Security is recruiting reliable and professional SIA Stewards and Safety Stewards to join our growing events team covering Edinburgh and Fife.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for flexible work at a variety of exciting events, including:

Football matches
Music concerts and festivals
Community events
Private functions
Sporting events
Outdoor festivals and seasonal events

Work is offered on a flexible, ad hoc basis, making it ideal for those seeking additional hours alongside other employment or studies.

Responsibilities

As part of our event team, you may be required to:

Manage spectator and crowd safety.
Carry out ticket and accreditation checks.
Monitor entry and exit points.
Provide customer service and assist event attendees.
Direct visitors to designated areas.
Report incidents and safety concerns.
Support venue and event management teams.
Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures.
Assist with emergency evacuations where required.

Requirements Safety Steward Applicants

Excellent communication skills.
Reliable and punctual.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Previous stewarding experience preferred but not essential.

SIA Steward Applicants

Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (essential).
Previous event security experience desirable.
Strong customer service skills.
Professional appearance and attitude.
