Hi-Tech Property Services is an established building, maintenance and refurbishment contractor delivering high-quality works across commercial properties throughout the UK.

We work across a diverse range of customer sites, including pubs, hotels, restaurants and other commercial premises. Our work ranges from reactive maintenance and planned works through to larger refurbishment and project installations.

We hold a range of recognised industry accreditations, including NICEIC, Gas Safe, F-Gas, Constructionline and ISO certifications, reflecting our commitment to quality, compliance and safety.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Plumber to join our growing field-based team, working across customer sites throughout the South East.

This is a varied role covering planned installations, reactive repairs and maintenance across commercial properties. You'll be trusted to work independently while delivering first-class workmanship and outstanding customer service.

What You'll Be Doing

Carrying out commercial plumbing installations and repairs.
Installing copper pipework (including Mapress systems) and sanitary ware.
Completing first and second fix plumbing installations.
Installing and maintaining hot and cold water systems.
Carrying out above-ground drainage installations and repairs.
Diagnosing plumbing faults quickly and effectively.
Completing small building fabric repairs where appropriate, including basic tiling.
Communicating professionally with customers throughout each job.
Completing work safely and in accordance with company health and safety procedures.
Producing accurate job information, reports and photographs using our mobile systems.
Working closely with supervisors, estimators and the wider operational team.
Participating in the on-call rota.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent).
Proven experience in commercial plumbing.
Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
Full UK Driving Licence.

Desirable:

Commercial Gas qualifications.
Experience within maintenance or facilities management.
Multi-trade experience.
