As we continue to scale, we are looking for an experienced Senior HR Generalist to support

and strengthen our people function, ensuring we attract, develop, and retain exceptional

talent while fostering a positive and high-performing culture.

Role Overview

The Senior HR Generalist will oversee and support a broad range of HR activities across the

business, including employee relations, recruitment, performance management,

compliance, learning and development, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Relations & Engagement

Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and

best practices.

Manage employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary procedures,

investigations, and conflict resolution.

Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion initiatives.
Support the development of a positive, collaborative, and high-performing workplace

culture.

Performance Management

Support and manage performance management processes across the business.
Assist managers in setting objectives, KPIs, and development plans.
Coordinate performance reviews and support performance improvement initiatives.
Promote continuous feedback and employee development practices.

Recruitment & Onboarding

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes alongside hiring managers.
Support workforce planning and hiring activities across the business.
Develop effective strategies to attract and retain top digital and technology talent.
Coordinate candidate sourcing, interviews, offer management, and onboarding activities.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.

Policy, Compliance & HR Operations

Ensure HR policies and procedures remain up to date and compliant with UK employment

legislation.

Maintain employee records, HR systems, contracts, and GDPR compliance.
Support payroll and benefits administration processes.
Ensure compliance with employment law, health and safety requirements, and internal

governance standards.

Learning & Development

Partner with managers to identify training and development needs.
Support the implementation of learning and development programmes.
Promote career development and continuous learning opportunities across the

organisation.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.

Strategic HR Support

Collaborate with leadership to align people initiatives with business goals.
Support workforce planning and organisational development activities.
Contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Help build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
CIPD Level 5 (essential); CIPD Level 7 (desirable).
Proven HR generalist experience within the UK (5+ years).
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing,

candidate assessment, onboarding, and stakeholder management.

Experience within a consultancy, technology, or fast-growing organisation is desirable.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Proactive, approachable, and solutions-focused mindset.
