About the role
We’re looking for a brilliant, ideas-led designer who loves turning meaningful stories into beautiful, high-performing creative.
This is a hands-on role at the heart of Posh Totty Designs, bringing our jewellery, people and values to life across email, social, web, paid ads, print, retail and our wider storytelling channels.
You’ll move confidently between big campaign thinking and quick-turnaround content, from email drops and website banners to social content, Meta ads, store materials and everything in between.
We want someone who gets genuinely excited by what we stand for: personal stories, thoughtful design, sustainability, and the joy of giving and receiving something made with care.
You’ll be full of ideas, but just as happy rolling your sleeves up and getting things out into the world.
Where your work will live
Your creative will be seen across all of our channels, including:
- Email marketing (multiple campaigns each week)
- Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube
- Website content and landing pages
- Paid social and digital advertising
- Our podcast and associated storytelling content
- Print, packaging and in-store materials
- Window displays and retail campaigns
You’ll help ensure everything feels joined-up, distinctive and unmistakably Posh Totty Designs, wherever our customers find us.
What you will be creating
- Customer email campaigns each week
- Social content across all platforms (IG, FB, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)
- Website banners, headers and landing pages
- Paid social and digital advertising
- Print materials and packaging inserts
- Postcards, promotional pieces and email signatures
- Point-of-sale and in-store materials
- Window display concepts and assets
- Small lookbooks and campaign booklets
- Product and seasonal launch toolkits
- Creative campaign concepts and storytelling ideas
- Adaptations across all channels
- Final artwork ready for production
Photoshoots and visual storytelling
You’ll play a key role in shaping how our stories look and feel.
Working closely with the Founder, Creative Director, photographers and wider team, you’ll help bring each collection and campaign to life through strong visual thinking.
This includes:
- Developing photoshoot concepts and visual narratives
- Suggesting props, locations, colour palettes and styling ideas
- Building shot lists for multi-channel use (social, email, web, ads, retail)
- Thinking about how stills and video work across platforms
- Art direction on shoot days
- Selecting, cropping and refining imagery for different formats
- Ensuring consistency across every touchpoint
You don’t need to be the photographer, but you do need a strong eye, a love of detail, and a natural instinct for storytelling through imagery.
Copy and tone of voice
This is primarily a design role, but words matter deeply in everything we do.
You’ll write and refine short-form copy including:
- Email subject lines and headlines
- Social captions across all platforms
- Paid ad copy
- Website messaging and banners
- Product launch storytelling
- In-store and POS messaging
- Podcast supporting copy and promotional content
We have a distinctive tone of voice, warm, human and a little bit playful, and you can use AI tools to support ideation. Your job is to shape, refine and elevate copy so it always feels natural, considered and on-brand.
You don’t need to be a long-form copywriter, but you do need to understand how words and design work together to tell a story.
From idea to delivery
You’ll own projects end-to-end.
That might start with a product, a seasonal moment, a commercial goal or a founder-led idea. You’ll help shape the concept, define the visual direction, develop the messaging, design the assets, and see everything through to final delivery.
We’re not looking for someone who stops at ideas, we’re looking for someone who brings them to life.
AI and creative tools
We embrace AI as a creative support tool, especially for:
- Ideation and exploration
- Copy drafting and refinement
- Content repurposing
- Workflow efficiency
- Image editing and variation testing
But it never replaces craft.
Strong typography, layout, composition, brand instinct and storytelling remain essential. We want someone who is excited by new tools, but grounded in great design fundamentals.
Key responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day brand and content design
- Develop campaign and storytelling ideas
- Create visual direction for photoshoots and content
- Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all channels
- Design across email, web, social, ads, print and retail
- Write and refine short-form copy in our tone of voice
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Collaborate closely with the Founder and Creative Director
- Work with marketing, e-commerce, retail, product and workshop teams
- Partner with photographers, videographers and freelancers
- Deliver accurate, production-ready artwork
- Ensure creative is both beautiful and commercially effective
- Use insights and results to improve future work
- Explore AI and emerging tools to improve output and speed
- Stay inspired by jewellery, fashion, design, retail and social storytelling
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years’ experience in brand, graphic or content design
- A strong, commercially focused portfolio
- Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong typography, layout and composition skills
- Experience creating email, social and digital campaign assets
- Experience designing for paid social and digital advertising
- Confidence developing visual storytelling and shoot concepts
- Ability to translate ideas into moodboards, shot lists and finished work
- Understanding of print production and final artwork
- Ability to work at pace without losing quality
- Confidence writing and editing short-form copy
- Strong organisation and time management
- Commercial awareness and customer understanding
- Confidence presenting ideas and responding to feedback
- Curiosity about AI and new creative tools
- A proactive, thoughtful and resourceful approach
Experience in jewellery, fashion, beauty, lifestyle or design-led retail brands is a real plus.
You’ll love this role if you are
- Fast, ideas-led and hands-on
- Excited by meaningful storytelling and brand values
- As happy making as you are thinking
- Calm, organised and resourceful
- Obsessed with detail and craft
- Energised by social media and modern content culture
- Comfortable across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube
- Curious about podcast storytelling and brand voice
- Able to move between big campaigns and quick-turn content
- Confident working closely with a founder
- Someone who takes ownership and gets things done
