About the role

Could your leadership shape how income tax and national insurance compliance is delivered across the Isle of Man? As Senior Operational Officer within Income Tax, you'll lead the Debt Collection & Prosecution and Payments teams, driving strategy, improving processes and strengthening compliance activity across the Division. Working directly with the Deputy Assessor, you'll lead a team of around 16 staff, use data to identify and manage risk, and play a key role in developing innovative approaches to debt collection and payment services.

This is an opportunity to influence decisions at a strategic level while developing people, policies and processes that make a real impact. You'll work alongside senior colleagues across the Division and Treasury, contribute to major initiatives, support workforce development and use your leadership experience to drive innovation, improve performance and strengthen tax compliance across the Isle of Man.
