Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Technical Support Representative Senior to join our ever evolving Enterprise & SMB team and help shape the future of global commerce.

What you’ll own

Deliver day-to-day technical support across network infrastructure, desktop systems, hardware, and software, ensuring the reliable operation of business-critical technology.
Partner directly with Enterprise customers, helping them maximise the value of Worldpay products and services through exceptional technical support.
Handling escalations as an SME with case management to resolution
Diagnose and resolve issues relating to network infrastructure, desktop environments, client devices, servers, and software applications.
Manage user accounts and access permissions, including creating, modifying, and deactivating accounts.
Maintain data integrity, password management processes, and file system security standards.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly guidance for non-technical customers and stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to enhance customer experiences by recommending appropriate hardware and software solutions.

What you’ll bring

Previous experience in a technical support, service desk, or customer support environment.
Ability to deliver outstanding customer service to enterprise and B2B clients.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly and confidently.
GCSE Maths and English (Grade C/4 or above), or equivalent qualifications.
Ability to produce high-quality written communications, including customer correspondence and incident documentation.
A proactive approach to learning new technologies and continuously developing technical expertise.
