Job Title: IT Service Integration Lead
Function: Data, Digital, & Technology
Location: Hybrid Working – Expectation is two days a week from our Nottingham office.
Contract type: Permanent
Salary: Offered on a starting salary of £77,701 with the potential to increase to £91,413 over the course of three years. plus a car allowance of £7,000 per annum.

We are looking for an experienced IT and Change professional to join the IT Integration and Management team in our Data, Digital, and Technology Directorate. In the role of IT Service Integration Lead, you will be accountable for owning and delivering the plan to mature our SIAM operating model. You will work across a variety of stakeholders from across the business and our partners to map out how we want to work in the future and build the support and ownership to deliver this. - Drive Improvements in our SIAM Ways of Working – By owning and driving the SIAM maturity plan you will ensure that we have a clear view on what the priorities are and will hold wider stakeholders to account for delivering against them
- Manage key transitions in the model – You will work with the wider technology team to map out the approach for key transition points in the SIAM model and manage these transitions through to completion
- Bring stakeholders together – You will bring stakeholders together from across our business and our providers and get their input and commitment to aligned plans
- Focus on continuous improvement – You will bring a mindset of continuous improvement to everything we do, challenging the status quo and coaching stakeholders on how to evolve

- Relationship Building – This role will involve working with stakeholders of varying levels of seniority from across the business so building strong relationships will be critical to the success
- Influencing & Negotiating – In driving our SIAM maturity plans and the evolution of the model, the ability to influence stakeholders and negotiate positions will be key to ensure that you can get everyone aligned behind one approach
- Planning & Executing – Working within a very busy landscape, the success of any delivery hinges on the ability to plan in clearly and drive the execution of the plan so these skills will be used on a daily basis in this role
- Problem Solving – To drive successfully through the complex landscape we are working in, the successful candidate will need to have a calm approach to issue resolution and will need to keep a focus on working through issues to achieve key goals
- Continuous Improvement Mindset – This will be needed to drive the optimisation of the SIAM model, working with wider stakeholders to look at ongoing opportunities to improve
What experience are we looking for?
- Experience in an Operational IT Leadership Role
- Experience of managing contracts and services across multiple providers
- Qualifications in ITIL 4 or ITIL 5
- Experience of IT process optimisation and automation
- Experience working in a DevOps/Product Delivery model
