Graphic Designer – Signage & Vehicle Branding

Location: Ilford, East London
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £28,000 – £36,000 per annum (depending on experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and motivated Graphic Designer to join our growing team in Ilford, East London. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in the signage industry and a passion for creating high-quality visual solutions.

You will be responsible for designing artwork for a wide range of signage, vehicle graphics, and branding projects while working closely with clients to deliver creative and practical design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design artwork for signs, vehicle wraps, van branding, window graphics, wall graphics, and other large-format print projects.
Prepare accurate, print-ready artwork using Adobe Illustrator.
Liaise directly with clients to understand their requirements and provide creative design solutions.
Produce proofs and amend artwork in line with client feedback.
Ensure all artwork meets production specifications and deadlines.
Work closely with the production and installation teams to ensure projects run smoothly.

Essential Requirements

Excellent knowledge of Adobe Illustrator (essential).
Previous experience within the signage and large-format print industry.
Experience designing car and van branding/wraps.
Experience dealing directly with clients, both in person and over the phone/email.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects while working to deadlines.
A positive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Desirable Skills

Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign.
Experience operating Roland large-format printers.
Knowledge and experience using Roland VersaWorks RIP software.
Understanding of large-format print production, vinyl cutting, and signage materials.
Experience preparing artwork for print, cutting, and installation.
