About the Role:

Join our fast-paced Commercial Team in a hands-on role that supports the full product lifecycle—from research and sourcing to costings, product set-up, and design. You'll work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective product launches. If you’re organised, detail-focused, and passionate about product, this is a great opportunity to develop and play a key role within a fast-evolving business.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assisting the Buyer and Senior Buyer with general admin support

· Cost maintenance and tracking

· Set up new products using internal systems

· Ensuring data accuracy

· Maintain and update key trackers

· Communicate required actions effectively during the buying process

· Liaise with suppliers, tracking all communications and timelines

· Build relationships with suppliers

· Assist in the execution and coordination of large-scale, ongoing projects

· Participate in trend research

· Drive efficiency and understand ways of working within the team

· Work collaboratively across Commercial, Wholesale, Marketplaces, Supply Chain & Operations teams

Experience & Skills Required:

· A willingness to learn

· A strong team player with excellent communication skills

· Highly organised

· Proven problem-solving capabilities

· Adaptable in situations and a problem solver

· Detail-orientated with a passion for driving innovation and efficiency

· Pro-active and a self-starter, with an ability to manage key stakeholders

· Eager to learn and open to taking on new tasks outside of your comfort zone

· Adaptable to a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £28,000.00-£29,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

Leicester LE3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
