1. Job Summary

Spinwheelz Ltd is seeking a creative, organised, and commercially driven Advertising and Marketing Associate to support the growth of our car rental and vehicle sales business. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing campaigns, managing digital platforms, strengthening customer engagement, and promoting our vehicle rental and vehicle sales services to both business customers (B2B) and individual customers (B2C).

This role provides an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic marketing professional to gain hands-on experience in automotive marketing, B2B and B2C customer engagement, digital campaigns, advertising, and business development within a growing automotive company.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to combine creativity with data-driven decision-making to increase brand awareness, attract new customers, support customer retention, and generate business opportunities.

2. Key Responsibilities

Develop and support marketing campaigns targeting both B2B and B2C audiences to promote vehicle rental, vehicle sales, and company services.
Create engaging marketing content for digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, websites, and online advertising channels.
Manage and update company marketing materials, advertisements, brochures, and promotional content.
Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activity, customer preferences, and opportunities for business growth.
Support B2B marketing activities by preparing professional communications, proposals, presentations, and promotional materials for business clients.
Support B2C marketing activities by developing campaigns to attract individual customers, increase enquiries, and improve customer engagement.
Coordinate marketing projects, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance, customer engagement, and marketing data to recommend improvements.
Prepare reports, presentations, and marketing insights using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to support business decisions.
Assist with customer relationship management activities and maintain professional communication with both business customers and individual clients.
Support brand development initiatives to increase company visibility and strengthen market presence.

3. Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to communicate effectively with both B2B business customers and B2C individual customers.
Knowledge of advertising, marketing, digital media, or business development principles.
Understanding of both B2B and B2C marketing strategies and customer engagement approaches.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, customer insights, and campaign performance results.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Understanding of social media marketing, online advertising, and digital marketing tools.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

4. Language Skills

Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to communicate professionally in Urdu and Punjabi is highly desirable to support customer engagement and relationship management with a diverse customer base.
Additional languages would be considered an advantage.

5. Desirable Skills

Experience managing social media platforms and digital advertising campaigns.
Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and online marketing tools.
Experience creating marketing content, images, videos, or promotional materials.
Previous experience in the automotive, car rental, vehicle sales, or customer service industry would be advantageous.
Experience working with diverse customer groups and managing customer relationships.
Ability to communicate in additional community languages would be beneficial.

Pay: £26,300.00-£33,400.00 per year
