Team Collaboration

Work closely with store management and team members to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
Take part in paid onboarding, product training sessions, and shift briefings.
Support colleagues during peak shopping hours to ensure smooth daily store operations.
Help maintain a positive, welcoming, and productive workplace culture.

What We're Looking For

Strong communication skills and a friendly, polite demeanor with customers.
Punctual, dependable, and capable of working active shift patterns on the sales floor.
A practical, positive attitude with a willingness to learn everyday store operations.
Good attention to detail, especially when handling stock, pricing, and display arrangements.
Ability to work comfortably as part of a fast-moving retail team.
Basic literacy and numeracy skills for cash handling and stock checks.
