We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graduate Bid Writer to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate passionate about writing, communication, and producing polished work. You will play a key role in supporting our bid and proposal process, helping shape our brand and contributing to the organisation’s success.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing compelling, well-structured bid documents tailored to client requirements.
Proofread and edit proposals to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
Collaborate with other bid writers and stakeholders to gather information and refine content.
Maintain a professional tone of voice aligned with organisational branding.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Requirements

Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK
Strong written communication and attention to detail.
Excellent proofreading and organisational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
Ability to present information logically and clearly.
A degree in English, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
