HOW WILL YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE?

We're looking for a driven, resilient and ambitious Sales Associate to join our Enterprise Sales team. This is a high-energy, outbound sales role focused on generating meetings with enterprise organisations across the legal, property, accountancy and financial services sectors.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify opportunities, cold call senior decision-makers, qualify prospects and book high-quality meetings for our Enterprise Sales team. If you're motivated by targets, enjoy speaking to people and want to build a career in enterprise technology sales, we'd love to hear from you.

VARIED DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

Prospecting & Cold Calling

Research and identify enterprise organisations within the legal, property, accountancy, financial services and regulated sectors.
Make a high volume of outbound cold calls to decision-makers, including Compliance Directors, Managing Partners, Operations Directors, IT Directors and C-suite executives.
Use phone, email and LinkedIn to build relationships and generate interest.
Book qualified meetings for the Enterprise Sales team.
Keep CRM records accurate and up to date.

Pipeline Generation

Build and manage a targeted account list.
Identify buying signals and opportunities within your assigned sectors.
Qualify prospects to ensure opportunities meet our ideal customer profile.
Consistently achieve daily, weekly and monthly activity and meeting targets.

Working with Enterprise Sales

Hand over qualified opportunities with detailed discovery notes.
Support Enterprise Sales Executives throughout the sales process where required.
Share market intelligence, customer feedback and competitor insights.
Work closely with Marketing on campaigns targeted at your sectors.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN A CANDIDATE?

We're looking for someone who's ambitious, resilient and enjoys the challenge of outbound sales.

You'll ideally have:

Previous experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, SDR or BDR roles.
Confidence making cold calls to senior decision-makers.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
The resilience to handle objections and remain positive.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
A competitive mindset with a desire to exceed targets.
Experience using HubSpot is an advantage.
An interest in technology, compliance or the legal, property, accountancy or financial services industries would be beneficial.
