Join the Highland Experience Tours Network

Highland Experience Tours is looking to expand its network of freelance Driver Guides to support our busy touring schedule.

If you're an experienced Driver Guide with a passion for Scotland, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to deliver unforgettable experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

As a freelance Driver Guide, you'll lead scheduled and private tours throughout Scotland, providing safe transportation while bringing the country's history, culture, and landscapes to life for visitors from around the world.

What We're Looking For

Experienced Driver Guides who can confidently lead tours independently.
A full UK driving licence with the appropriate entitlement to drive tour vehicles.
Driver CPC qualification (where applicable).
Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
A friendly, professional, and customer-focused approach.
Strong knowledge of Scotland's history, culture, and destinations.
Flexibility to accept work on an ad hoc, freelance basis, including weekends.
