Full job description

We are seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our IT team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with IT support experience who is looking to further develop their technical skills in a varied and hands-on role.

What you will be doing

Provide first-line IT support to users across the organisation.
Manage and resolve incidents and service requests through the IT helpdesk system.
Set up, configure, and maintain user accounts, devices, and systems.
Support and administer Microsoft 365 and other business-critical applications.
Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain accurate documentation of IT processes, issues, and solutions.
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external technology providers.
Support system maintenance activities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Help maintain a secure and stable IT environment.

What we're looking for

Relevant IT qualification or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in an IT support, service desk, or customer-facing technical support role.
Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 services, including Outlook, Teams and OneDrive.
Experience troubleshooting hardware, software and connectivity issues.
Strong problem-solving skills with a logical and methodical approach.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Customer-focused attitude with a proactive approach to supporting colleagues.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Enthusiasm for learning and developing new technical skills.
