Position: HR Assistant

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department and ensuring the smooth functioning of our daily operations. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our HR Manager and learn from experienced professionals while gaining valuable experience in the field of human resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations
Process payroll and benefits administration in a timely and accurate manner
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity
Assist in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures that comply with labor laws and company standards
Conduct exit interviews and prepare documentation for employee separations
Maintain a positive and professional work environment by providing support and assistance to employees
Assist in planning company events and employee engagement initiatives
Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
1-2 years of experience in a HR Assistant or similar role
Knowledge of HR practices and processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and payroll administration
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
