Permanent £26,696 to £28,988 36 hours Reception Based at number 11, Dalkeith

As Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for those who experience our services, visitors, and partner organisations. You will help create a safe, welcoming, and trauma informed environment while providing efficient administrative and reception support to our multidisciplinary team. Greeting those who experience our services and visitors with warmth and professionalism. Managing a busy reception and telephone enquiries. Booking appointments and maintaining records. Supporting administrative processes and data entry. Handling sensitive information confidentially. Helping ensure the reception area remains welcoming and organised. Liaising with staff, external agencies, and community partners. Key requirements: Previous reception, or administrative experience is essential, however we also welcome applications from individuals with a genuine interest in supporting people within health, social care, recovery, or mental health services. Knowledge of office procedures acquired through SVQ2 in administrative / business related subject or equivalent experience. Organisational, oral and written communication skills.
