Data and Reporting is an integral part to NCC Group to help deliver our data strategy and, as our Data Engineer, you’ll support the successful delivery of a scalable data intelligence platform in Azure. This will provide the services and tools to extract deeper insights from big and complex data using predictive analytics and AI. This in turn will enable the uncovering of actionable insights previously hidden in data.
You’ll support the roll out of this platform and ensure these insights are used to guide our mission-focused decision making and strategic planning, helping NCC to deliver against its core mission-led strategic objectives.
The platform will be designed to be iterative and adaptive, allowing exploration of new data sources, models, and algorithms over time, ensuring that NCC stays current and leverages the latest advancements in data intelligence.
You will support all areas of the business and be involved within a variety of projects that require development of data infrastructure (ETLs, data migrations, data models, stored procedures and reporting outputs) with the end goal of providing clear and efficient analytics supported by robust data processes. You will draw insights and shape processes, primarily using structured data to understand behaviour and interactions both throughout the business and relating to our internal applications. You will be a go-to expert on data resources and tools whilst promoting data-driven decision-making throughout the business.
