Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Self-Employed Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our growing network of independent sales professionals. This is a commission-based opportunity suited to ambitious individuals who thrive in a results-driven environment and are confident managing their own workload and client relationships. As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing business relationships, and promoting our pharmaceutical products within your assigned markets. This role offers flexibility and significant earning potential based on performance.

Responsibilities

Independently establish and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, including doctors, pharmacists, clinics, hospital staff, other pharma whole sellers for local deals and exports.
Promote and present pharmaceutical products through meetings, demonstrations, and networking activities.
Identify and develop new business opportunities while growing existing client relationships.
Develop and manage your own sales pipeline and customer portfolio.
Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to support business growth.
Utilise Salesforce or similar CRM systems to maintain accurate client and sales records.
Work collaboratively with the wider business and marketing teams where required.
Provide product information and support to healthcare professionals.
Maintain records of business activity and submit agreed reporting information.

Requirements

Proven B2B sales experience, preferably within pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical sectors and equipment.
Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify and convert opportunities.
Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, organised, and capable of working independently.
Ability to manage your own schedule and workload effectively.
Valid driving licence and access to transport preferred due to client travel requirements.

Important Information
This opportunity is offered on a self-employed basis. Successful candidates will operate as independent contractors and will be responsible for their own tax, National Insurance contributions, and business expenses where applicable. Earnings are commission-based and dependent on individual performance and sales generated.

Pay: From £30,000.00 per year

Work Location: Remote
