Role Title: IT Support Technician
Salary: £32,000 per annum
Contract: Full-Time
Location: Manchester (hybrid working available)

What will you be doing?

Providing 1st and 2nd line IT support to colleagues across British Cycling, resolving incidents and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
Troubleshooting hardware, software, device and access-related issues across a range of systems and platforms.
Managing and prioritising support tickets, ensuring users receive clear updates and resolutions.
Supporting new starters, internal role changes and leavers by setting up accounts, devices and access.
Administering and supporting Microsoft 365, Azure Entra and device management platforms.
Creating and maintaining knowledge articles, user guides and self-service resources to help colleagues get the most from technology.
Assisting with IT projects, device deployments and service improvement initiatives across the organisation.
Building strong relationships with colleagues and providing friendly, customer-focused support that helps keep the organisation running smoothly.

What we’re looking for:

Experience working in an IT Service Desk, technical support or end-user support environment.
Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping people and delivering an excellent support experience.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and approachable way.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to take ownership of issues through to resolution.
Experience using Microsoft 365 technologies and modern device management tools.
A proactive, organised approach with the ability to prioritise competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
