Job Description
Are you an experienced Manufacturing Engineer looking to play a key role in the production of complex, high-reliability electronic products? You will support the optimisation of manufacturing processes, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to the delivery of advanced engineering solutions within a fast-paced production environment.
Location: Telford
On-site Requirement: 3 Days Per Week
Seniority: 5+ Years Experience
Security Clearance: Candidates must be willing and eligible to obtain BPSS clearance.
Key Responsibilities

Support and improve PCB manufacturing processes across production operations.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and yield.

Investigate manufacturing issues and lead root cause analysis activities.

Collaborate with design, quality, and production teams to optimise manufacturability.

Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, procedures, and work instructions.

Support new product introduction activities and process validation exercises.
