About Us:

Quick Immigration Solutions, an immigration law firm based in Birmingham, is a specialist provider of expert advice and representation across a range of UK immigration matters. We deliver high quality, client-focused immigration services to individuals and businesses. Authorised by the Immigration Advice Authority (formerly OISC) at Level 1, we are looking to expand our team by welcoming an experienced Level 1 Immigration Caseworker.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an IAA Level 1 accredited Immigration Caseworker to join our growing team. The role is exclusively office based. You will manage a varied caseload, providing advice, preparing and submitting visa and immigration applications and supporting clients with their immigration needs. All work will be carried out under the supervision of a highly experienced IAA Level 3 Adviser. The position involves client interaction, basic legal research and staying updated on UK immigration laws.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise clients on straightforward immigration matters
Prepare, review and submit visa and immigration applications
Maintain accurate case records and ensure regulatory compliance
Collaborate with the team while managing your workload independently

Qualifications & Experience:

IAA Level 1 accreditation (desirable)
Self-starter with strong organisational skills
Ability to work independently
File management experience and awareness of compliance duties
Excellent communication and client care skills
Multilingual abilities (e.g. Urdu, Mirpuri, Punjabi, Hindi, Arabic, Bangla, etc.) are advantageous
Collaborative mindset suited to a friendly, modern practice culture

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From £24,454.00 per year
