Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Design Consultant specializing in Fitted Wardrobes to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be the key driver in transforming clients’ visions into stunning, functional wardrobe solutions. Your expertise will help customers explore design options, select materials, and visualize their perfect fitted wardrobes. With a passion for sales and design, you will guide clients through the entire process, ensuring an exceptional experience from initial consultation to final installation. Duties
- Visit and Engage with clients to understand their storage needs and design preferences for fitted wardrobes
- Create detailed and accurate 3D visualizations using SketchUp and CAD software to showcase design concepts
- Present product options, materials, and finishes, effectively upselling additional features or upgrades to maximize customer satisfaction and sales
- Conduct in-depth consultations to explain design features, installation processes, and maintenance tips
- Collaborate with the installation team to ensure designs are executed accurately and efficiently
- Maintain organized records of client interactions, project specifications, and sales progress
- Utilize merchandising skills to showcase products attractively within the showroom or presentation areas
Requirements
- Proficiency in SketchUp and CAD software for creating detailed wardrobe designs
- Must have clean UK driving licence and permission to work in UK
- Strong communication skills in English
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products and enhance customer value through effective sales techniques
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and cost estimations
- Knowledge of merchandising principles to present products appealingly
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and communicate clearly with clients and colleagues

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
