Full job description

Are you proactive, organised and a detail orientated individual with an ability to provide top quality administrative support? Do you thrive in a fast paced environment where no two days are the same and enjoy working with senior managers to ensure an organisation runs smoothly?

We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team. Supporting the work of the Senior Team, the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring various aspects of the college’s daily operations run smoothly. The successful candidate will need to be a problem solver with a ‘can do’ attitude, able to work under their own initiative as well as within a team. They will need excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to deal with different situations calmly. They will also have high levels of competency with MS Office, particularly MSWord, Outlook and Excel.

The post attracts a competitive salary, good holiday entitlement of 22 days plus bank holidays pro rata and an excellent pension scheme. There is also an opportunity for training and development.

This is a full time, term time only role – 37 hours a week over 44.7 weeks (including paid holiday) plus 6 additional days in the holidays but full time would be considered for the right candidate.
