Commis Chef

Your Role as Commis Chef

Work with the freshest seafood, preparing ingredients and cooking alongside experienced chefs

Learn and develop essential culinary skills, from knife work to plating dishes
Support your team to keep service running smoothly in a fast-paced environment
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety
Be part of a supportive, team-focused kitchen, where learning and growth are encouraged
