Key Responsibilities
Assist chefs with the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes.
Prepare ingredients, including washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning food.
Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
Ensure all food is prepared and presented according to hotel standards.
Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
Store food correctly and assist with stock rotation following FIFO procedures.
Monitor food quality and report any issues to senior chefs.
Help receive, check, and store deliveries.
Comply with all food safety, health and safety, and HACCP regulations.
Maintain equipment and workstations in a clean and organised condition.
You must have the right to work in the UK to be eligible for this role. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from all candidates prior to commencing employment.
