Role Overview
Bank of America is a recognised leader in Global Payments Solutions, delivering innovative solutions across Cash & Liquidity Management, Commercial Cards, Trade & Supply Chain Finance and Merchant Services.
As a Treasury Sales Client Officer (TSCO) within the Global Commercial Banking (GCB) Sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing treasury revenue and profitability across a portfolio of multinational corporate clients. Acting as the primary treasury sales contact for inbound global business booked in EMEA, you will build strong client relationships, identify growth opportunities and deliver tailored working capital and treasury solutions that meet client objectives.
You will partner closely with colleagues across Sales, Product, Client Delivery & Servicing, Implementation, Operations, Risk and Compliance to support clients throughout the full sales lifecycle, from opportunity identification and solution development through to implementation and revenue realisation.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate a strong client focus, commercial mindset and the ability to develop trusted relationships whilst building a broad understanding of treasury products, banking solutions and the operational aspects of cash management services.
Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Manage and develop a portfolio of existing and prospective multinational clients across a range of industry sectors
Build and maintain relationships across client organisations, including Treasury, Finance, Procurement, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams
Partner with clients to understand strategic objectives and deliver tailored treasury and working capital solutions
Proactively provide clients with market insights, industry trends and updates on new products and capabilities
Coordinate client reviews and support the resolution of client issues to ensure an exceptional client experience
Business Development & Revenue Growth
Identify and execute revenue growth opportunities across the Global Payments Solutions product suite
Drive sales activity from opportunity identification through to mandate, implementation and revenue realisation
Develop account plans and portfolio strategies to deepen client penetration, increase solutions per relationship and improve profitability
Monitor portfolio performance, manage revenue attrition risks and support pricing initiatives to ensure revenue optimisation
Maintain accurate pipeline management and provide regular updates on sales activity, opportunities and performance
Partnership & Stakeholder Management
Act as the key liaison between clients and internal partners including Product, Credit, Risk, Compliance, Implementation, Operations and Client Servicing teams
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver seamless client solutions and support successful business outcomes
Support successful implementation of new business opportunities and drive ongoing revenue generation following client onboarding
Risk, Governance & Operational Excellence
Support client onboarding, KYC and periodic refresh activities where required
Manage additional business requests and changes to existing client structures
Ensure all regulatory, risk and compliance requirements are met and adhered to
Maintain a strong control environment and uphold the bank's risk management standards
What we are looking for
Professional Experience & Industry Knowledge
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
Experience within Treasury Services, Transaction Banking, Cash Management, Payments, Client Service, Implementation, Product Management or a related financial services environment
Understanding of risk management, compliance and regulatory requirements within financial services

Proven relationship management and client engagement skills
Ability to build collaborative relationships across clients and internal business partners
