Wood is looking for an Occupational Health Administrator to join our wider team in Aberdeen, Scotland on a permanent, full time contract.
This role follows a hybrid working pattern of 3 office based days and 2 remote working days per week.

The role:
The Occupational Health Administrator will be responsible for the workforce’s medical booking requirements, including the timeously appointment recall, scheduling, and record keeping. Collaborate and support operations to achieve the highest standards of occupational health, building an exemplary occupational health reputation for Wood in the eyes of key stakeholders.

Qualifications:
- Degree level qualification desirable but not essential, open to discussion on relevant experience
Knowledge, skills, and experience:
- Occupational Health or coordination experience is desirable
- Dedicated to achieving results
- Understanding the importance of contractual KPIs and how this impacts any role
- Technical proficiency with Outlook, MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience of using Medical Certificate Management System desirable but not essential
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbally and written, and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies
- Ability to provide accurate and efficient service under the pressure of constant deadlines
- Ability to work across a modality of different channels (e.g. emails, Teams, phone calls) as well as different tasks
- Proactive problem solver and ability to multitask; able to forward plan and consider different eventualities to successfully achieve the end goal. Uses past experiences as a prescient warning to resolve queries in a timely manner.
