Your Responsibilities
As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, reliable, and high-performance software applications.
- Translate business and technical requirements into well-designed software solutions.
- Contribute to system architecture, technical design, and engineering decisions.
- Write clean, maintainable, secure, and well-tested code following established engineering standards.
- Review code and provide constructive technical feedback to improve code quality.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, architects, QA engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain APIs, backend services, integrations, and application components.
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues across development and production environments.
- Improve application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and modern software delivery practices.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, technical estimation, and backlog refinement.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through coaching, knowledge sharing, and technical guidance.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems and development processes.
- Maintain technical documentation and contribute to engineering standards and best practices.

Previous experience with Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Go, or similar programming languages, together with experience in cloud platforms, APIs, databases, and distributed systems, is highly beneficial.
